Entering my 21st year in the Yacht Brokerage business I have to say this is one of the top listings I have ever taken. When you call me to discuss this vessel, I am going to use the term “Everything Has Been Touched”. My reference is in regard to the vessel and all of its features and attributes. The owner of this vessel literally touched everything on the yacht and anything that needed to be addressed was and done to the highest level of quality and technology, with no expense spared. In an era when the price of building new has sky rocketed for anything in this class, "Claire" will prove to be an incredible value and truly turn key. I urge anyone in the market for a yacht of this pedigree to call me and discuss the details. We also invite you to visit the yacht in person for a private showing. Thank you for taking the time to review our listing. On behalf of myself and the owner, we truly appreciate your consideration and welcome aboard "Claire".
The Aft Deck is accessible from either side of the boarding doors via a sturdy set of tide runner stairs or from coming up the beautiful teak laid platform after a swim or disembarking from the tender. Once you enter the large aft deck, it's perfect for entertaining. Featured is a large u-shaped seating area with all new upholstery and a beautiful teak table, with two movable chairs for additional seating. There is also a aft sun shade to keep the heat from the sun at bay. Just forward of the seating is a new re-designed wet bar with a water dispenser with purified drinking water straight from the sink. Undercounter is a new Ice-Maker and storage cabinet. Other notable features to the amazing Aft Deck area are the port and starboard Capstans with foot pedal operation to assist in tightening lines when docking, large port and starboard teak laid walk ways to the bow, crew and engine room access door, and large vertical staircase to the bridge.
Entering from a set of automatic sliding salon doors you truly enter one of the many “Wow Factors” this yacht presents. Immediately you are taken back by the large windows that run the entire length of the vessel and pours in natural light and gives amazing exterior views. Turn to the port side, there is a brand new rising and falling flat screen smart TV. Forward of the that on the port side are two brand new barrel chairs that sit directly across from an extra-large and comfortable L-shaped couch and coffee table. Moving forward through the salon we come to a large dining table for eight, accompanied by a bar setup for making fresh cocktails, that features ample under counter storage, wine fridge, glass storage, and another sink disposing fresh drinking water that is processed through the vessels water purification system. Finally, one of the salons unique features is the Day Head under the bridge stairs and storage lockers that seem to blend right in to the wall. On a final note, it is important to express how everything in this area has been addressed in the recent refit in 2024.
Walking from the Salon you enter a space that combines so much. Beginning with beautiful hardwood floors there are port and starboard wing doors to access the outside of the vessel and a large stair case that leads to the fly bridge. Forward to port is the lower helm station and what I like to call “Mission Control”. The lower helm is stunning twin Stidd chairs that go Hi/Low and features a remote for the new Garmin Navigation that was added to the vessel during its 2024 refit. At the helm there is every feature a true yachtsman wants to see. The brand-new oversized Garmin 9000 Series Navigation screens will give you a plotter, radar, various exterior live view cameras around the vessel, new FLIR Night Vision, and finally the newly installed Octoplex 2.0 Yacht Monitoring System. In addition to all that is new Bow & Stern Thruster proportional controls and new throttle controls. Moving to your starboard side forward is an L-Shaped seating are with all new upholstery and hi gloss table. This area can be a great spot to enjoy lunch or a great work area for the captain or owner. Finally, the star of the show in this forward area is all new galley that has been outfitted with top-of-the-line Viking and Meile appliances, all new counter tops, ample storage, and a third station at the sink for dispensing purified drinking water. This galley will allow for preparing family meals or catering to large events being held on the yacht.
On the lower deck you will have the same fresh feeling of the upper deck with fresh carpeting and soft goods throughout. It shall be noted that once ascending the stairs there is a new separate washer and dryer located in the hallway outside the VIP (also washer/dryer in crew) and a large under stair storage area for dry goods. Beginning forward is the VIP Stateroom with a large centerline queen bed, large cedar lined hanging locker, and new tv with Sonos Sound Bar. The VIP like all staterooms has an ensuite head that is stunning and has a large glassed in shower stall. Moving on from the VIP on the starboard side is the second guest stateroom with double berth, cedar lined hanging locker, new tv with Sonos Sound Bar, and ensuite head. Across the hall to the ports side is your third guest stateroom with twin single berths, cedar lined hanging lockers, new TV with Sonos Sound Bar, and ensuite head. Each of these rooms are delightfully outfitted and present as a newly fitted yacht.
Number two on the “Wow Factor” is the Master Stateroom. Welcome to pure luxury and comfort. Upon entering you will notice large vertical windows that are on the port and starboard side, these allow the natural light to pour in like the above salon windows. Center of the room is a massive king size bed that is very inviting. The entire living area offers a his and her living space with twin walk-in cedar lined closets, make-up desk with storage to the starboard side, and multi-drawer dresser to the port side for great storage. Keeping with the his and her living space, there is a full beam master bathroom with twin sinks and heads on each side that meet in the middle with an oversized glass incased shower. This master stateroom like the rest of the vessel has been addressed during the refit and is sure to impress.
Number 3 on the “Wow Factor” and sure to be the best of the 3 is the Fly-Bridge. Front to back this area is like an adult playground and offers massive entertaining space and storage for tenders and toys. Beginning aft, is a hydraulic davit that will deploy your tenders for a day of exploring on the water. Once the tenders are cleared, you and your guests have ample space for sunbathing or gathering for sunset cocktail’s. Just forward is a full-size Jacuzzi and across from the Jacuzzi is a custom-built BBQ that can grill for many guests at once vs other brands, that offer small inefficient electric griddle tops. Once you enter the underside of the massive hardtop you are welcomed with a large bar area with seating. Opposite of the bar is a large u-shape seating are with more seating forward for lounging. To the Port side forward there is a glass door that grants access to the lower level of the vessel. The upper helm station is another upgraded "Mission Control" with duplicate features that are down below in the pilot house. In addition to this amazing space, it shall be noted that everything on the flybridge is new from upholstery, canvas enclosure, to appliances at the bar including a 4th and final fresh water drinking dispenser at the bar sink.
Below deck is a very nicely appointed and well-equipped crew quarters. As you enter down the stairs through the aft cockpit there is a separate washer/dryer and yacht monitoring systems. At the bottom of the staircase is a crew mess hall galley. On the starboard side there are two staterooms one for the captain and another for two more crew members. A full-size head with shower allows the crew to have all the comforts of home. Forward of the crew is the engine room that is neat, clean, and organized with all services up to date as of September 2024. Note that aft of engine room and crew there is a water tight door that enters to a clean lazarette area that goes out to the swim platform, so crew can come and go without having to enter the topside aft deck for ultimate owner privacy.
The oversized bow features brand new upholstery for sunbathing and a concealed anchor locker that allows for additional space in the event an owner wanted to add chairs while at the dock or anchor. The Bow is accessed by port and starboard teak laid walk ways that are wide and high for added safety
