Introduction to NAKINA; Handcrafted by the Stamas Yacht Company’s Custom Division of Tarpon Springs, FL. Stamas pioneered many features that have become industry standards: a fiberglass inner liner, a self-bailing cockpit, an insulated and overboard draining fishing box, and a built-in live bait well. SYC was also the first company to put a head inside a center console. It is the only production builder in the United States with a custom shop. NAKINA was built by the Stamas Custom Shop in 2005. The vessel has had extraordinary care and light use. The original owner spared no expense in fitting her to fish. Many notable features: inboard diesel, a half tower with a steering station, buggy top awning, outriggers, upholstered seating, and an oversized head. Subsequent owners have used her for light tackle fishing and day excursions.

History:
NAKINA has had three owners. The 1st owner’s home port was Naples, FL. The boat was the dream creation of a sportsman who had professionals maintain her to a high standard. He passed away in 2016; the estate sold it to a Miami-Dade firefighter. He lifts stored the boat and used her for family beach excursions. The current owner bought the boat in 2020. It was moored in Sarasota and used for cruising the barrier beaches. In 2021, it was shipped to Rhode Island for cruising Narragansett Bay. Stamas Yachts, the oldest continuously family-owned and operated boat company in the United States is located in the picturesque Greek fishing village of Tarpon Springs on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The Stamas family has been handcrafting premium-quality boats since 1952, instilling confidence in fishermen and yachtsmen who know and recognize the difference.
