With 8.5 foot ceilings, a huge saloon/living room with electric reclining chairs and leather sofa sleeper. The saloon has custom built in cabinets making it even larger than it already was, as well as giving space for the washer/dryer to be easily accessed, as well as providing additional general adjustable shelf storage and a kitchen pantry. There is a brand new Vitrifrigo galley refrigerator/freezer that has amazing cubic space, a full kitchen with 3 burner stovetop, coffee maker, convection microwave over, air fryer, and lots of locking drawers for storage. Two master staterooms and heads. In fact, the full beam aft master stateroom has a luxurious queen size bed you can walk around and stand straight up no bending or hunching over. Four separate air conditioning and heating units onboard, flat screen televisions, stereo system, oversize generator, water system, in-line water purification system, new oversize freshwater pump to maintain water pressure throughout especially in showers, and more creature comforts than some people have in mansions. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy cocktails, candlelit dinner, or just relax and enjoy the breeze from the water. Special custom flanges and extra supports on the new Bimini top keep water out, but added mesh screens allow you to enjoy gentle ocean breezes.

Boat & engines have been professionally maintained by Marina and preferred Cummins diesel shop and mechanics. The owner has maintenance records as well as sea trial performance readings after recent installation of new aftercoolers, heat exchangers, and seawater pump maintenance. The engines and operating systems are in peak condition.
