Kirsten Nueschafer from South Africa won the 2022 on her Cape George 36 'Minnehaha' that was also built in Port Townsend, WA. Pinniped is powered by a Yanmar 40HP that's in excellent condition. Accommodations:

The Cockpit is beautiful with Teak Decking (in excellent condition), has Wheel Steering and is very functional for trimming sails and relaxing. The side decks are wide and easy to maneuver on fore and aft with lots of Handholds and Stainless Steel Lifelines. The foredeck is spacious and there is a bow pulpit around the bow sprit for safe sail handling underway.

Going down below through the double companionway doors takes you into the Cabin with Calair Diesel Heater, a beautiful L-Shaped Galley immediately to starboard with a Sink with Hot and Cold Pressure Water, 3-Burner Stove and Oven, Refrigerator and lots of Storage in Cabinets and Drawers.

The Navigation Station is to port with a large Chart Table, updated Electronics and storage in Drawers. Aft of the Navigation Station is a wide Quarter Berth with easy entry access and Storage.

The Engine Room is under the Companionway Ladder, has great access and is well lit, clean and well maintained.

Going forward from the Galley and Nav. Station is the Salon with a Single Settee to port and an L-Shaped Settee to starboard with a Folding Dinette Table, Book Shelves and Storage Cabinets with Storage also under the Settees. There are many Bronze Port Lights throughout the boat for light and ventilation as well as Overhead Opening Hatches. All Lighting is LED.

Going forward from the Salon there is a Hanging Locker and Chest of Drawers to port and the Head is to starboard that has a Sink, Counter, Mirror, Marine Toilet, Shower Head, Opening Port Light and Storage.

All the way forward is the Main Cabin that has a wide V-Berth with good headroom, two forward looking opening Port Lights (for Anchor Watch etc.), an Overhead Opening Hatch and Storage.

The current owner was a Professional Float Plane Pilot for Jacques Cousteau flying all over the world with the Cousteau Team and the vessel Calypso. He and has taken the same care of Pinniped that he did with the Float Planes he was in charge of. This boat is ready to go anywhere, is gorgeous and should be seen to be appreciated!
