Accommodations

Master stateroom forward. Ensuite head features stall shower in forepeak. Sink and mirrored
vanity with Corian countertops immediately aft to port. Head has two screened, opening
portlights. Toilet has been removed to provide additional storage space. Offset double berth
with custom mattress to starboard, built-in mirrored dresser and large, deep hanging locker to
port. Nine storage drawers beneath berth. Master features three screened, opening portlights
and a screened, opening hatch overhead.
Aft and down one step, guest stateroom/study to starboard, guest head with stall shower,manual
toilet, sink, mirrored vanity and Corian countertops opposite to port. Opening portlight in head
and shower, two opening portlights in stateroom/office. Guest stateroom features a settee that
converts to a single berth with a Pullman berth above, desk, bookshelves, hanging locker, and
custom storage lockers and shelves aft that house ship's library.
Up four steps to salon. Fully equipped galley with Corian countertops and double sink forward
to starboard. Large, sliding, screened windows provide ample light and natural ventilation. Wood
mini blinds and valences. Salon features convertible sofa to port and two Rattan armchairs to starboard. Breakfront forward to port. Original Krogen fold-out table to starboard. Non-smokers
and no pets so headliner looks like new, and no hair or smell. CLEAN! Double doors with
Phantom screen door in the aft bulkhead open out on to spacious teak cockpit, or "back porch."
Cockpit features custom enclosure with Barrett Bonded windows, interchangeable screens and
wing doors. With this beautiful enclosure the salon can truly be opened and extended out to the
cockpit creating an even roomier environment for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the
view.
From salon, up three steps to port to roomy, raised pilothouse featuring a fully equipped helm
station on the centerline. Dutch doors port and starboard provide convenient, direct access to
foredeck and wide, covered sidedecks. Elevated settee/watch berth aft, two screened opening
portlights in aft bulkhead. Privacy window covers and solar screens. Comfortable!
Most interior lighting and pilothouse lighting upgraded to LED lightning with dual white/red in
pilothouse & galley for ease of night time cruising.
From cockpit, up six-step vertical ladder to starboard, through a clear Plexiglass hatch, to
flybridge. Flybridge features Bimini top, raised helm station forward, flanked by facing teak
bench seats. Canvas helm cover. Space for a dinghy to be stored on cradle to port. Folding mast
with electric winches on boom and mast to facilitate dinghy launch and retrieval.
Extremely generous drawer and locker storage, and beautiful teak parquet throughout the
vessel.
