S/Y Amneris is an excellent example of the Palmer Johnson 75ft Ketch. Designed by Alden and built by Palmer Johnson in 1978, and refitted in 2008, this aluminium cutter ketch features a lifting centerboard offering comfortable cruising in any location.

Amneris is currently located in Bermuda, and is available for viewing.

This Palmer Johnson 75 is powered by a Caterpillar 3016 diesel engine with a Hundestat variable pitch propeller.

The centreboard of this 75ft ketch lifts from 13' to 6' 5" to allow access to shallower areas without compromising on sailing ability.

There is also a 12kw Northern lights generator; a Naiad marine 12HT bow thruster; Sea Recovery Aqua Whisper watermaker (1500gal/day); and Air Marine air conditioning with 5 compressors and 6 zones.

This cutter rigged Palmer Johnson 75 Ketch is equipped with a yankee jib, hank-on stay sail, main sail, mizzen, spinnaker, mizzen stay sail and 2x storm sails.

The teak decks of this Palmer Johnson 75 are in excellent condition.

Winches on board include: 2x primary W70 2-speed electric winches, W65 2-speed electric winch at main mast; 3x 28 manual winches at main mast; 22 manual winch at main mast; 3x 22 manual winches at mizzen mast; and 5x 28 manual winches at the cockpit

There are twin 120lb CQR anchors with 2x 300' galvanised chain on bow rollers, and an Ideal Single Phase 220v windlass with double gypsies. There also is an additional storm anchor.

Fresh water is supplied on deck, and there is also a salt water supply for anchor wash.

Accommodation for up to 7 guests is provided on board this Palmer Johnson 75.

There are two guest cabins with bunk beds, which also benefit from ensuite bathrooms.

The master suite is found aft and benefits from the full 18ft beam of this Palmer Johnson 75ft ketch. The master features a queen sized double bed, as well as a further generous single. Plentiful storage is provided in wardrobes and cupboards, and there is also a dressing area with dressing table and large mirror. The master ensuite features a heads, marble vanity area with basin, and enclosed shower.

Further accommodation for crew is found forward, with 3 crew berths and a separate bathroom.

The hugely spacious raised saloon of this Palmer Johnson Ketch makes a comfortable area to relax and dine with guests.

A large wrap around sofa is located to starboard with a dining table, with space for up to 8 guests.

The galley is fully equipped including a Alpes Enox stainless steel 4-burner propane stove/oven, Amana microwave, Unicell icemaker, and Grimic espresso machine.

There is also a laundry with Miele washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
